The Scrambler 1200 XE represents the ultimate in motorcycling freedom. A motorcycle that enjoys unparalleled road and off-road capability, with a commanding riding position and an ergonomically optimized set-up that handles every bit as naturally on the tarmac as it does doing what even the most focused adventure bike can do, plus of course, full-on scrambling.
ABS and Traction Control as standard, the XE model is equipped with the IMU which provides cornering traction control and cornering ABS. feature five riding modes - Road, Rain, Off-Road, Sport and Rider - the latter of which is a rider configurable mode that allows you to set up the bike as you see fit. On the XE model, an Off-Road Pro mode is available which turns the ABS and traction control completely off and utilizes the Off-Road throttle mapping.
The Scrambler 1200 XE model is equipped with keyless ignition, cruise control, heated grips and USB charging. Additionally, both models offer integrated GoPro connectivity and control via the TFT dash, a world’s first. Utilizing an accessory Bluetooth module, a rider can control camera functions on their GoPro through buttons on the left handlebar end. As if that wasn’t enough, Triumph partnered with Google to provide turn-by-turn navigation displayed on the TFT dash, but like the GoPro connectivity, you’ll need an additional Bluetooth module and smartphone app for this feature.
